SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with RixisSupply. We want to be upfront and honest about how shipping works so you always know what to expect.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Occasional delays can occur due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier volume — especially during peak periods like holidays.
Shipping Rates
- Orders over $50 — Free standard shipping
- Orders under $50 — Flat rate of $4.99
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. You'll receive it by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after your number is issued — this is normal and does not mean your order is delayed.
If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, contact us at support@rixissupply.com and we'll investigate immediately.
Customs & Import Duties
RixisSupply ships from global supplier warehouses. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations if you're unsure. Most orders under $200 CAD clear customs without any fees.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. This is normal — our products are sourced from different suppliers. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@rixissupply.com with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice.
We consider an order lost if it hasn't arrived within 30 days of the ship date.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. RixisSupply is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, email us at support@rixissupply.com as quickly as possible — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
